How billing works
- When credits run out
- Requests return an error until you refill or move up a plan. We never bill automatically unless you turn on auto top-up.
- Rollover
- Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Credits bought as refills stay on the account until you spend them.
- Changing plans
- Upgrade at any time. The price difference for the rest of the cycle is charged immediately, and the matching credit difference is added to your plan credits right away. The full monthly allowance starts at the next renewal. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
- Cancelling
- Cancel at any time, with no contract and no cancellation fee. The plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Personal and commercial use
- Free credits cover personal projects and evaluation. Any paid plan or credit refill includes commercial use of your generated output, including output from before your first purchase.
Customers in Thailand are charged the baht prices; everyone else pays in US dollars.
