How do I make a speech build?

Put a direction where each lift happens. A direction holds until the next one. [determined] followed by [rising, inspired] gives one line two steps.

Can it shout like a coach?

Yes. [shouting] is a direction, and the words after it are shouted.

Can I use the read in a paid ad?
