The registered entity name, exactly as filed.

Incorporation date and entity type.

ทุนจดทะเบียน

Registered capital, with the share count and par value.

ชื่อกรรมการ

The directors, as a numbered list inside one clause.

อำนาจกรรมการ

Who may sign, how many of them, and whether the seal is required.

วัตถุประสงค์

The objectives, usually as a count of clauses.

The registered head office address.

Issue date, which decides how fresh it is.

The registrar prescribes this form, and every certificate carries the same clauses in the same order. The count of objectives and the number of directors are what vary.

Why this one is hard to read#

The clause number is the meaning

Each clause is identified by its position, and a reader that drops the numbering leaves a list of sentences nobody can index. Clause five is the one a contract turns on.

A list nested inside a clause

The directors sit as their own numbered list inside a single numbered clause. A line-by-line reader flattens the two levels into one and loses which names belong together.

Capital carries two numeral systems

Registered capital prints in Thai numerals with the amount spelled out beside it, while the share count and par value print in Arabic. All three describe the same fact.

From blocks to fields#

อำนาจกรรมการ is the field most readers actually want, and it is a sentence rather than a value. It comes back as its own paragraph block with its clause label attached, which is what lets your code hand it to a person or a model to interpret instead of pattern matching a signing rule.

Questions#

Which clause matters most?

The signing authority. It decides how many directors have to sign and whether the company seal is required, and a contract executed against a misread of it is the expensive failure this document has.

Does the director list come back as a list?

It comes back as a list block inside the clause that holds it, in the order the sheet prints. Names stay grouped, which is what a flattened reading loses.

How current does a certificate need to be?

The issue date is printed on the sheet and comes back with it. How recent a counterparty requires is that counterparty's rule, and this returns the date they will check.
