The form is prescribed and the labels are its own, which makes the field names stable across every copy you will meet. The number of person entries is the part that varies.

Why this one is hard to read#

The person block repeats

Every resident carries the same eight labels. A reader that loses the boundary between entries produces one person with two birthdays, and nothing about the output looks broken.

Grouped digits are one number

Identity numbers print in spaced groups. Those spaces are typography, and a reader that treats them as separators returns five numbers where one belongs.

It arrives as a photocopy of a photocopy

This document is copied more than it is printed. Generational loss, staple shadows, and the fold down the middle are on the page before the Thai is.

From blocks to fields#

The house block and each person entry come back as their own runs of blocks, in the order the page prints them. Splitting on the ลำดับที่ heading gives you one group per resident, which is the whole parsing job for this document.

Questions#

Does it read every person on the page?

It returns the page as it is laid out, and every entry printed on that page comes back in order. A registration running to several pages is several pages in the request.

Do you extract identity numbers as a field?

The number comes back as the text printed on the page, inside its block. What it means is never decomposed or explained here, and naming it as a field is your code's step.

Is the specimen a real household?

No. Every name, address, date and number on it is invented, and the identity numbers are specimen zeros. The reading beside it is the model's actual response to that image, unedited.
