No statute fixes this layout. Every payroll system prints its own, and the only reliable constant is that earnings and deductions are separated somehow.

Why this one is hard to read#

Two columns, one meaning each

Earnings and deductions are the same shape and opposite in effect. A reader that fuses the columns produces a list of amounts with no sign, which is worse than returning nothing.

Labels repeat across both sides

The word รวม appears as a total on each column. Position is the only thing separating the two, and position is what a line-by-line reader discards first.

The net figure is derived

Net pay is printed, and it is also the difference of two totals on the same page. A reading that returns all three lets you check it, and one that returns only the net does not.

From blocks to fields#

Each column comes back as its own block, in the order the page lays them out. Summing a column and comparing it against the printed total is the check this document invites, and it costs nothing beyond the read you already paid for.

Questions#

Can it read a photographed payslip?

Yes, as PNG, JPEG or WebP, one page each. Payslips reach systems as photographs constantly, which is the case this document is usually met in.

Does it separate earnings from deductions?

It returns the page's structure, and the two columns come back as separate blocks in reading order. Which one is which is decided by their headings, which come back with them.

Do you extract the net pay as a field?

It comes back as text in its block, with its label beside it. Naming it as a field is your code's step, and it is a short one once the structure survived.
