The purchaser of the goods or the recipient of the service.

These eight are the statute's own list. A sheet missing one of them is defective as a tax invoice, which is the reason this document rewards reading every particular over guessing at a few.

Why this one is hard to read#

Thai and Arabic digits by permission

The statute allows either numeral system, and real invoices use both on one page. Thai digits carry the quantities while Arabic digits carry the money, and a reader has to return each as a number.

The VAT line has to stay separate

Section 86/4 requires the tax be shown clearly apart from the value it came from. When a reader fuses the totals block into a strip, that separation is the first thing lost.

Marks stack up to four levels

A syllable can carry a consonant, an upper vowel, and a tone mark in one column, and the order of those marks changes what the word is.

From blocks to fields#

The eight particulars land in three shapes. The header particulars come back as paragraphs near the top. The goods and their values come back as one table block, and the VAT and total as the rows beneath it. Matching against the statute's list is the check worth running, because it tells you the document is complete before your ledger does.

What makes it a full tax invoice?

Carrying all eight particulars section 86/4 lists. Section 86/6 provides separately for the abbreviated form, which is the small retail slip and a different document.

Is the specimen here a real invoice?

No. It is typeset from the statute's own field list with invented names and amounts, and the tax ids carry specimen zeros. The reading beside it is the model's actual response to that image, reproduced without edits.
