About the role
Paxa sells speech and translation APIs on a self-serve model. A developer signs up, receives free credits, tries a voice in the playground, creates a key, and pays per character. This role increases the number of developers who complete that path.
The site has use-case pages, product pages, and developer documentation, in Thai and English. Every docs page is also served as markdown. The site publishes llms.txt and an installable agent skill. Measurement does not exist yet. There is no product analytics, experimentation system, or lifecycle email. You choose the tools and build them.
This is an engineering role. You write production code in the same codebase as the product.
Responsibilities
- Choose and build the product analytics and experimentation stack.
- Instrument the funnel from sign-up to first production API call.
- Design and run experiments across sign-up, first key, first request, and first purchase.
- Build programmatic SEO pages in both languages, and maintain llms.txt, the markdown docs, and the agent skill.
- Build campaigns on the referral and promo code systems, and run pricing experiments.
- Build lifecycle email for activation and win-back, including the sending infrastructure.
- Build systems that turn API usage into signals for the team members who work with customers, such as a free account with rising usage or a key with no recent requests.
- Document every cookie, tool, and processor you add in the privacy policy, in the same change.
Requirements
- TypeScript and React at a level sufficient to ship production features without support.
- SQL at a level sufficient to write the funnel queries yourself.
- Growth work we can inspect, such as an experiment, a programmatic SEO system, or a funnel you instrumented, and its measured results.
- SEO experience, including programmatic pages.
- Thai and English. Every page on the site exists in both languages.
- Thai nationality. The role is based in Bangkok.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience at a developer tools or API company.
- A product analytics stack you have run, such as PostHog, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
- Experience with content for AI answer engines, in addition to search engines.
- Lifecycle email experience, including deliverability.
- Automations or agents you built on LLM APIs.
